CSB Announces Final Candidate For President

Don’t miss the live webinar where you can ask questions and hear Scott’s vision

At their June meeting the Board of Directors of CSB Ministries received the report from the CSB Presidential Search Committee. There were approximately 20 applicants, three of whom the committee recommended to the Board for further consideration.  After considering the candidates it became clear that Scott Haima is uniquely equipped to lead the CSB organization at this exciting and pivotal time in the ministry.

Since joining the ministry Scott has served at all levels of the organization from Tree Climber Dad all the way up to his most recent dual post as Director of Finance and Operations and Interim President.  His responsibilities have also included working as a Regional Director.

Scott has demonstrated his strong leadership abilities over his months as interim President.  He has provided a healthy balance of passion and vision, with an attention to detail and prioritization that has produced an inspiring momentum and period of productivity that has energized the ministry.

“I am thrilled and humbled to move to the final step in the search for President of CSB Ministries” said Scott.  “I feel God has prepared me for such a time as this. The more I talk with pastors, men’s ministry leaders, and parents, the more I am convinced that CSB is needed now more than ever. The body of Christ is being provided a growing opportunity to be a light to a culture that is getting darker and darker. Intergenerational, gender-specific mentoring and discipleship may not be the most popular option right now, but it is vital for preparing our boys and young men for biblical manhood.”

Please mark your calendars for a September 10th webinar where you will have the opportunity to hear Scott’s vision and passion for the ministry and submit questions to Scott.
